Split a PDF

Extract page ranges into separate PDF files. One range gives one PDF; several ranges download as a ZIP.

Separate with commas, for example 1-3, 5, 8-10. Ranges may overlap.

You’ll get a ZIP with 2 PDFs: pages 1–3; page 5.

What to expect

  • Each output keeps the original pages exactly — content, size and orientation.
  • Several ranges download as one ZIP, with files named after the pages they contain, in the order you entered the ranges.
  • Ranges beyond the last page are reported as an error rather than silently skipped.
  • Password-protected PDFs can’t be split; remove the protection first.
