Tell us which tool you used, what you expected and what happened instead. The browser and device you were on, and the exact wording of any error message, help a lot.

Uploaded files are deleted as soon as each request ends, so we cannot look up a document or a result you processed earlier.

Email is not a safe place for private files. If a document is needed to reproduce a problem, send one with the sensitive content removed, or describe how it was made (for example “a Word 2019 document with a two-column table”).
